Over the past fifteen years, Amy and I have helped hundreds of couples with their marriages, and I’ve officiated weddings for many people in the racing community. We’ve used various tools and resources for marriage ministry, but we often felt that something was missing. So, we created our online course with seven essentials that we believe are foundational for building healthy marriages. They are not the only things that help, but from experience, they are crucial and proven to work if you put in the effort. If you’re in the pre-marital stage or your marriage needs a tune-up, you’re in the right place, and our course will help you build a lasting, winning marriage.

About Us

We've been married since 2004 and have three wonderful children. After a competitive career in NASCAR as a jackman for Richard Childress Racing, Nick became a NASCAR chaplain in 2012 with Motor Racing Outreach. Nick holds a B.A. in Religion and an M.Div. in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries, with ordinations through Motor Racing Outreach and Rich Fork Church. Amy has supported Nick with marriage coaching for many years, and out of their desire to help couples succeed in marriage, they created Love to the Finish Line Marriage Coaching. Their mission is to help you build a lasting, successful marriage.

Hi, I’m Nick Terry, a chaplain with Motor Racing Outreach serving the NASCAR community. My wife Amy and I developed seven essentials to help couples build lasting, successful marriages. We formatted them into a seven-week online course as part of MRO's ministry to the racing community, and now we’ve made it available to the public. Through the Love to the Finish Line Marriage Coaching online course, you can create a lasting, successful marriage.

The Course

In the online course, couples will learn what unconditional love is, how to communicate effectively, how to protect their marriage, how to speak each other’s love language, how to resolve conflicts, the importance of vows, and how to live by their core values. Each weekly session includes teaching videos, workbook exercises, and practical applications. The course requires dedication and commitment, and it has proven to be successful when two people are willing to put in the effort.
