Our Officiating Services

We believe a strong marriage starts with intentional conversations, not just a beautiful ceremony. As part of our officiating package, couples receive complimentary access to our online marriage course, designed to prepare you for life after the wedding day. In addition to officiating your ceremony, we offer optional virtual coaching sessions for couples who want deeper, guided conversations before or after their wedding. Coaching is not required — it is simply available for couples who seek extra support as they begin their journey marriage.

Pricing

Our officiating fee is $650 plus travel expenses. This price also includes the online course as a gift.

Note: Travel expenses cover airfare, lodging, transportation, and daily per diem, and will be discussed beforehand to avoid surprises.

How much is the officiating fee?

Will you be at the rehearsal?

Yes, we will mostly be at the rehearsal. If, for some reason, that's not possible, we will do a detailed walk-through during a virtual meeting the week of the wedding.

When is payment due?

A $150 deposit is required upfront, and the remaining balance is due at the time of the wedding.

What are your credentials?

Nick is an ordained Christian minister with a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries.

What are travel expenses?

Travel expenses cover gas, hotel (if needed), and per diem from Thomasville, North Carolina, to your wedding location. For destination weddings, expenses include flights, a rental car, lodging, and a daily per diem for food. All costs will be discussed upfront.

Is pre-marital coaching required?

We want your marriage to start strong—and we include our online course as a gift with your officiating package. While you’re welcome to explore all of our coaching resources, there is no requirement to complete additional coaching unless you choose to.

Do you offer private coaching?

Yes, we offer private online coaching sessions conducted via Teams. The cost is $150 for a 1.5-hour session.
